Workers will receive adequate training on how to install the chosen system correctly, be familiarised with tolerances, torque settings and specifications and how to forward plan. How to use the tools and l plant/ equipment correctly.
We will ensure that every worker will be trained to the highest standard to ensure that remediation works are kept to a minimum.

The Australian standard is that employees working within the construction industry must undertake their White Card before arriving on any construction site. Solar Train expands on that general training, with a solar industry specific programme that produces the knowledge and skills your solar project needs.
Supervisors

Experience shows the most effective supervisor is an employee who has worked from the bottom up, so they have full understanding of the installation process. We identify the staff who exhibit determination and a strong work ethic.
Managers

Our aim is to provide a strong management team that are trained to support the supervisors and drive the workforce. The management team are taught to devise schedules and targets for the supervisors to implement, ensuring efficient results are achieved.
